Because music is very much a matter of personal taste, it is not possible to offer refunds on the grounds of "not liking" the product you receive. In the unlikely incidence of clear error (for example your score being supplied wth the wrong instrumentation), please contact me and I will rectify the problem immediately without further charge.
All scores or CD ROMs that you elect to receive by post will be sent recorded delivery. Should you not receive them, or if they arrive damaged or incomplete, then I will rectify this problem without further charge.
